LIGHTS, CAMERA, TIM ROBBINS? On Saturday morn a friend of mine spotted the arrival of actor/director/all-around-nice-guy Tim Robbins to our fair city via PDX International Airport. Not only should this fact set a few single-lady hearts aflutter (Robbins is no longer attached to longtime gal pal Susan Sarandon), but the film community could benefit from this visit as well.

You see, in 2008, Robbins was all set to make a film, called The Heretic, before financing fell through and the project had to be put on hold (but not before he had a chance to jam with Speedlimit at Kelly's Olympian, as seen above in a photo that appeared at wweek.com in '08). Does his arrival mean the project is back on track, or does Robbins just really like Portland?
