OH MY SAM: So I know about, oh say, several thousand women (and porn 'stache loving dudes) who will let out a collective "sigh" once I say the following:

Legendary hottie Sam Elliott has just been spotted at Zupan's.

Yes. As the kids say, OMG.

It makes sense. His mom lives here. And he used to, according to this Wikipedia entry:

"Elliott moved from California to Oregon with his family during his teenage years, where he graduated from David Douglas High School in Portland. He attended Clark College in Vancouver, Washington, where he completed a two-year program. During that time Elliott tried out for and got a leading role in "Guys and Dolls". The local newspaper suggested that Elliott should be a professional actor. Soon after, Elliott got the acting bug and declared he was going to Hollywood to become a star."

And the rest they say is...well you know what they say. So if any of you see him out and about this week (he looks a wee bit older than he did in Mask, the movie he did with Cher) let me know. I would love to know what tickled his fancy at Zupan's.
