NIGHT LIGHTS:, the online magazine for culinary insiders, swept into P-town from Manhattan on Monday night for the 2011 Portland Rising Star Chefs Event and Tasting Gala.

Each year CEO & Editor-in-Chief Antoinette Bruno chooses four cities worldwide to showcase its “Rising Star Chefs” and this was the first year Portland has been chosen.

The winners gathered at the first-ever Portland Rising Star Chefs event and tasting gala from 6:30 to 9:30pm at the Nines Hotel. But due to my own chef-infused event at The Original, I didn't have a chance to catch up with them until the official after-party at Clyde Common. Congrats to all the winners:
